Civic India is operated by Infigram Technologies. This policy explains how the app and its supporting website handle information.
Location information
Civic India uses a location supplied by your device, or entered by you where that option is available, to identify the applicable parliamentary and state Assembly constituencies. The coordinate is sent to the Civic India lookup service for that request.
The app does not display the submitted coordinate in its response, keep a history of your locations, or use location to create an advertising profile.
App security information
Protected releases use an anonymous Firebase identifier and Firebase App Check attestation to confirm that requests come from a genuine app installation and to limit abuse. Civic India does not ask you to create an account or provide a name, email address, phone number, contacts, or advertising identifier to perform a representative lookup.
Technical information and retention
We do not intentionally store submitted coordinates in application databases or application request logs. Infrastructure providers may process ordinary connection and security metadata needed to deliver and protect the service, such as IP address, request time, device or app integrity signals, and error information.
Security metadata is retained only as needed for service operation, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and legal obligations, subject to the settings and terms of the configured infrastructure providers.
Public representative information
The representative information displayed by Civic India comes from published civic and election records. Email and official-profile links may open an external mail or browser application. Those services apply their own privacy terms.
Website and support contact
This website does not use advertising trackers. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include and use it to answer your request, investigate a correction, or provide support. We retain support correspondence only as reasonably necessary for those purposes and legal obligations.
Children and changes
Civic India provides general public information and is not designed to collect personal information from children. We may update this policy as the service changes. A revised effective date will appear on this page.
